There is an open issue with these errors right now and I need to get the following from you please so I can send this over to the team. The more info the better.
- EA App/Steam/Epic:
- EA ID/Steam user ID:
- Attach the EA App Error Report ID Here
- Windows OS:
- Windows OS version:
- GPU model and driver version:
- Region:
- Are you using an internal or external drive?
- Are you using an HDD or SSD?
- Date this issue started (is it still happening?)
- Any other errors?
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip:
- Attach a DxDiag

Gpu model and driver version: I have two graphics intel hd integraded graphics and nvdia graphics my intel hd graphics model and driver version: Intel hd graphics 630 and driver version is 25.20.100.6446 and nvidia graphic model and driver version:NVIDIA GeForce 930 MX and driver version is 26.21.14.3107

Date the issue started;I dont know that exact date but I am having issue Ea App Error Code EC 10501 since march 2023 when I received an update for ea app and I am still having this issue

- EA_Shepard@sanjayaloria Can you try to run the EA App error reporter for me? You can run this at any time even if you reported the error when you got it.
Ea Shepard as you said i reported ea app error with error reporter and report id is def99280-6c3e-478d-a0d5-9018e0c08b72 and i'm also upload my ea app logs folder.
Ea Shepard im replying again because i cannot attach ea app logs folder without changing to rar file or zip file and I have learned this when i read it that other ea comunity manager was telling some other user in other post that how to upload ea app log file on ea answers hq so I changed ea app logs file in rar file.
My Ea App s version is 12.231.0.5488. Please check why this error error code ec 10501 is happening.
