How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? - Open EA App - Enter name + pw - Checkbox "Remember" active - Reboot PC - Open EA App - Does not login automatically
What happens when the bug occurs? Does not login
What do you expect to see? Logs in

I use the xbox pc app that seems to have a hook to start the EA app and logs in automatically. Maybe thats where some kind of token mismatch occurs. It worked until two or three weeks ago, but this is not the first time this problem occurs.
I've tried clearing the cache as user and as admin, logged in as user and admin, logged in with the checkbox dis- and enabled, everything with the same outcome.

@EA_ShepardThanks, I must have missed this thread.
I have changed nothing (no active windows updates etc.) and today, the auto login worked as intended (restarted the app another time to verify if the running xbox app interferes with the login process). I've created another report, maybe you can compare my last two reports and see a difference:

Edit: Could not start any games. Used windows disk cleanup and rebooted. Login credentials are gone again.
Community Manager@CPTBACCENSCHARTE I am following up with some people on this one. It was an issue at one point but was fixed and there is not much activity on this other than a handful of reports. When I get an update on I will let everyone know.

Maybe people just gave up on this issue from 2017...?
