Community ManagerDang it, same thing happened to me. I did try one more thing though and it has been working so far (knock on wood) and hasn't asked for my credentials for a couple days. I have the game through Steam and noticed that the desktop shortcut for the game was pointing to the executable of the game and not configured as a Steam shortcut. I deleted the shortcut and then added a desktop shortcut from Steam itself and it has been working great so far. If you have the game on Steam, try doing the same.
Edit: I also deleted the cache before doing this as well, don't know if that's important or not but worth noting.
So the only solution to this issue is to buy games through Steam and not through EA?
It's not a smart move to fail to address this problem for such a long time.
