EA app Fails to Remember "Keep me signed in" Option

I cleared my local EA Launch Helper cache and it started remembering my credentials. Might work for you.

On your keyboard press the Windows + R keys at the same time.
In the Run window that pops up, enter %localappdata% into the text box.
Navigate to the EALaunchHelper folder and open it up.
Delete all the folders you see, for me there was only the cache folder so I just deleted that.

If anyone tries this, let me know if it works for you.

Thanks for the suggestion! I did try this several days ago but unfortunately it didn't make any difference. I checked the EALaunchHelper folder just now and whilst before it did have the cache folder (which I deleted), the folder is still empty - cache subfolder hasn't been recreated so it's not actively being written to.

Might there be another cache folder that needs zapped?
