Summarize your bug Earlier today when I was trying to activate EA Sports FC 24 though EA App, it returned an error like, "There was an error with your request" or something like that, unfortunately I can't remember nor took a screenshot. After that, I immediatly retried to activate the code again, but this time, it said that the code was already used. Note that, it is impossible that anyone else had access to my redeem code before I tried to use it. At least, since I got it. Can you confirm that this code was previously activeted by someone, and when? So I can reach the vendor and ask for a new one or a refund.

What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot download the game associated with the key I just bought.
