Hi,
I am experiencing the same problem. I have tried everything listed in

including clearing cache, updating/reinstalling app, deleting temporary files, stopping background services, stopping VPN, and uninstalling antivirus entirely from my PC
Next step would be for me to reinstall my OS but it seems to be a rather large step to take and I have a feeling the problem is related to the EA app and so a clean install of the OS would not solve the problem.
1) I would really appreciate a fix or at least an update on whether this is temporary or something you are working on.
2) Is there a workaround (i.e install Origin or downlaod and install the game without the EA app?).
- Platform: Windows 10
- EA ID - (Profile username) TEDDK
- Date/time issue originally occurred: yesterday and today (haven't used the app before this date)
- Summarize your bug: Blank library and not able to download games
- How often does the bug occur? 100% of the time right now
- Error message(s) if any: Rather annoyingly a yellow bar telling me that "Things are taking a little longer than usual to load up (no *) . Hang tight while we try to solve the problem"
- Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?...
I know you must be very busy, but I would really appreciate a swift solution or at least an update / acknowledgement that you are still working on the problem. If not, how do I go about getting refunds as my games are unplayable?
