Summarize your bug Any games in "My Collection" won't launch. I've tried every troubleshooting method that solved this issue before and now I'm at a dead end. I've uninstalled the games individually, and uninstalled and reinstalled the EA app. I've reinstalled Windows 10. I have rolled back from Windows 11 Home edition. I don't think that could be the reason for the games not to run. Other client games work and run normally.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try running the games.
What happens when the bug occurs? A window opens up with a black screen and then proceeds to freeze or close out the screen without deploying it into full screen. No message follow-up after this initial event.
What do you expect to see? For the games to open and function properly.
Could this be a bug from the last client update from the EA app?
