Ea app instaler wont do anything - need help

Hey @jelek62 Not sure how to help with issues about sleeping or exams... But for the EA App we may need to try removing any files and running the installer again. 

Can you go through the following steps in order:

• Uninstall EA App (if it appears in windows installed list) or manually remove files from your C drive (or the location you installed to)
• Check for any changes in the drive your using, make sure it can be written to, and that any security you have isn't blocking writing or changing files on that drive
• Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates    
• Download the EA App installer and run as admin, then check if you can run the client. 

One thing to make sure is that Origin is not running as the two can't run together and it may cause issues. 

There are no files installed and no window opens when i press .exe.

Windows defender is turned off, origin is not running during the process not even in the background, windows and gpu drivers are updated.

the problem is that the installation window dosent open at all and not files are being installed so i can not delete them.

I have no idea what to do next.

I had this problem with the old EA Desktop app, which was solved with mining for the actual .MSI installer file download link from the temporary files, but since you have changed the app, it does not work anymore. I simply want to download and install the app. It should not require a clean boot. How can a massive and established company like EA have a problem with a simple installer for a year and not fix it? I am completely unable to access your apps because you do not provide the link for the the actual installer, and your app does not even give an error. Please fix it so I do not have to come here next year when you change your app once again. I have completely stopped playing your games because of this issue and I will convince people around me (who call me to fix your problems) to do the same if this happens ever again.

Sorry for not answering this long but i gave up on ea play after another 3 hour session with your support workers (Great people you got there) with not real step forward.

And like i stated in the post above clean boot didnt help. 

I even tried to download it on my old Laptop that Prolly dosent even meet the requirements for this app and it worked. Then i transferred the files to my current PC with the issue and it still wouldn't Launch.

Any solution that is on the Ea website dosent work for me so those links wont help.
