Hi I've had the same problem and now I fixed it. You need to uninstall every Visual C++ in your PC. Please refer to this link to see the details. vc_runtimeMinimum_x64.msi error - Microsoft Community
I'm not good in English. Anyways you can firstly uninstall the VC through a regular way--open your Programs and Features. Then, you should download the program provided at the last comment of the link I attached--that is to uninstall hidden VC. Then you just use whatever platform to install all VC back again. (I used a Chinese app on PC so I cannot recommend that to you).
