EA App installation failure INST-21-32

Summarize your bug When installing the EA app, I get the error message that something went wrong and the installation cannot be completed. The error code is INST-21-32
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Launch the EA app installer
What happens when the bug occurs? The installation is terminated, I can just click on OK to exit the installation and to send a report on the failure.
What do you expect to see? Instead of this general error message and code, it should tell me the real root cause why and what went wrong.

Please tell me what I need to do to complete the installation of the EA app. I launched the installer as admin, I have stable net connection, I am logged into my Xbox and EA account.

    Hey Support Team,

    any update on this?

    I have been waiting for 2 weeks now, simple installation of an app, cannot surpass the installation of the game without resolving this issues with the EA app.

    My monthly Xbox game pass is getting expired without being able to enjoy your products, e.g. FIFA.

    Would you mind having a look  at it and suggesting please a solution for this?

    Why is there no one-source for this problem.  Check the forum postes- they go back months with hundreds of people posting the same thing. EA App won't download.

    Thank you EA, for taking money.  Check the contract, if it specifies limited App lifetime or limited game playtime,  then there's no resolution.

    If there's not, then EA should provide a solution or someone should pick this story up.

    I was able to play just fine until today when I had to update the app. Since then it keeps crashing. Why don't they stop this broken update?

    Welcome to EA customer service oblivion. I've had these problems for over a year. I'm never buying another EA product again.

    @virtualbalboa_gg oh my, does that mean you can't open the EA App for over a year and play your games? Do you play on an older computer too? I have an old computer and on my friend's newer computer the App works just fine. Maybe they stop supporting older computers and just don't try to fix it because we are not enough to put time and effort in?
