EA app is censoring literally EVERYTHING. Please help

I don't know what's going on, but my EA app appears to be completely broken, perhaps I have a penalty on my account but as far as I know I do not because I already checked for that.

This started happening a few days ago. I was beginning to type to my friend, when all of sudden, every message and word I was sending was coming out as a "### ##### ### #####" literally every single time. I asked "How was your day today?" and it censored that. It's literally censoring everything I type and nobody can understand what I'm saying unless I type them over discord. I've never seen this before. I knew EA was garbage, but I didn't think they would have such an insane filter that would completely act on it's own and just blindly silence everything I would say...

This is a serious issue, and as far as I can tell, my friends are not having this problem. So what is going on? I'm going to submit a ticket and hope I can some answers, but feel free to help me out here because I'm tried re-installing, checking penalties and even clearing the cache, and nothing is working...

I don't understand how I suddenly got this problem.

    Need to write more in chat to see what else is censored. This is what I could find from recent chat history. Some words from chat history is impossible to know, since they are censored and I dont remember every single word I have written.


    example of some words censored, ENG / SWE. censored word in (parenthesis).

    test different connector / prova olika xxxxxxxxxxxx(anslutningar)
    mic is out of battery / mic xxx(har) xxxx(**bleep**) på batteri
    I can hear you / jag xxx(hör) xxx(dig)
    logged in / xxxxxxxx(inloggad)

    What are the specific words that the EA app chat is censoring for you? Could you give me a list here, please? With appropriate translations.

    Me and my friends can not chat using common Swedish becase EA censors it. (no profanity or cursing)

    Common words become censored, showing censorship format ##### in chats. I.E; (Hello my friend -> Hello ## ######)

    Sweden do NOT tolerate, accept or support censorship in any language.

    Because of the violation of such basic rights, on such a common and public platform I also sent this ticket to Swedish government MM (MedieMyndigheten) for review.

    EA - EULA
    - Nowhere in the Electronic Arts End User License Agreement (EU - EULA) that I have accpted, is there any mention of political or racism compliance for the use of EA services.
