EA app is missing from desktop

For the past three hours I have been trying to fix this issue and any advice or help will be so appreciated. Last night the EA app was working perfectly for me, today I decided to play sims 4 but when I opened the EA app it was blank. So i closed the window and opened the app launcher to hit repair as sometimes the app just won't load unless I do it that way. I hit repair and from what I can remember without thinking I hit yes. I am pretty sure when I hit repair a pop up saying delete the EA app came up. After that everything when downhill. The EA app on my desktop became blank, it wouldn't open, I have tried what every youtube video and forum has said to do and I am losing hope that it will be fixed. I get the error message saying the the EA Desktop or EA launcher exe has been deleted or moved. I checked the recycling bin everything and I cannot find it on my laptop. If I try to open a game through the shortcuts on laptop it says I need to install the EA app. Please help me!
