I'm having the same problem. I have downloaded, installed, troubleshooted, repaired, uninstalled, reinstalled, etc multiple times, and I can't get the EA app to work. I've changed my security software settings to see if that would help - it didn't. I've done a reboot, disabled all background apps, etc. and my Task Manager keeps saying that the EA app is running in the background, but I have no way to access it. Clicking on any icons doesn't open the app, and I'm stuck after trying several suggested actions I've seen in the forum. HELP!
