EA app isnt letting me download it takes two even though i have gamepass

Hey all,

Sorry to hear that you're still having issues with downloading It Takes Two via EA Play via EA Desktop via the Xbox Gamepass Ultimate. 

Can you please try the following, if you haven't already:

- Open the EA Desktop app and make sure that the box for "Keep me signed in" is checked when you're logging in with your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate + EA Play connected EA account

- Close the EA Desktop app (click on the hamburger menu (yes, this is how it's called 😉) in the upper left corner > click Exit)

- Reset the Xbox app that should be installed on your Windows 10 PC:

Open PC Settings.

Go to System > Apps > Apps & features.

Find an app that you want to reset, and then click on Advanced options.

Click the Reset button.

- Reboot your PC
- Open the Xbox app again and sign into your EA connected Microsoft Xbox account

- Locate It Takes Two

- When you have located It Takes Two via the Xbox app on your PC, please click "Install" right from the Xbox app

- This should launch the EA Desktop app and hopefully force the game to install
