I too have the issue. Download will work for 15 or so minutes before EA App says it is unable to connect with a pop up window. Forces me to manually restart the download from where it left off. Bad product that doesnt just try to reconnect on its own.
Long time EA Play subscriber will drop it this year due to these issues.
No other download or computer issues on PC.
If we could download the files without using EA App that would be cool work around.
everyone is wrong, its our connections. it couldnt possibly be the glorious superb EA app. ive been trying to download the sims 4 and battlefront 2, and just got an error saying its my wifi connection, even tho its perfectly fine and firing away at 300 meg. same usual copy paste automated response when anyone challenges anything. just dont have the guts to admit its the app, even origin was flaky but never this bad. its an absolute joke
If I can get it to download by signing into EA first why do they even need this crap app.....advertising more games I suspect. I don't see where this app is even necessary with all it's problems when they could set it up for us to log into EA website and load from there. Yea, I'll just dream on.
