They're full of crap and in denial that the issue is with them. I ran a download on steam, where it shows a graph of your download speed, and in 10 minutes, it didn't drop once. Did the same with the EA app and it dropped to 0 M/b three timmes in 5 minutes then came up with the error.

Asked a friend to do the same and they had the same issue.

@sephis85 you are so right, EAs job is to mess everything up and they say they did just fine...
2 DLCs from Mass Effect 2 still have the same undownloadable issue: normandy crash site and inferno armor. Stupid issues, not able to fix it or just run a damned ftp server and i do the job for you EA!!!! on my own...How can you mess up downloads?

    just run ftp servers and we will do the download and EA-Job for you!!!


    This EA-App is worst nightmare crap i've ever experienced... If you delete cache, everything is gone...


    Ok, what helped, then run steam and repair it, thats all.
