@EA_Darko As we've both said, neither of us have connection issues so a bit of a pointless response. I have a new PC and have downloaded games across battle net, steam, epic and ubisoft connect. The EA app is the only one that keeps stopping downloads and having an error.

I have the same issue all the time too, did all the trouble shooting, it's the only app I have a problem with.  Never had a problem with Origin.  I don't expect them to ever admit it's their app.  And can they make the dumb app any larger.  When it finally opens it takes up approx. 2/3 of my 17" laptop screen.   Bigger isn't always better.  They keep playing with but, never fix it.  I suspect I'll eventually quit playing sims 3 and never purchase another EA product again.  But hey, it's us and our pc's....never their app.
