EA App keeps losing connection on game download, but my internet is fine

 I too have the issue. Download will work for 15 or so minutes before EA App says it is unable to connect with a pop up window. Forces me to manually restart the download from where it left off. Bad product that doesnt just try to reconnect on its own. 

Long time EA Play subscriber will drop it this year due to these issues.

No other download or computer issues on PC.

If we could download the files without using EA App that would be cool work around.

If I can get it to download by signing into EA first why do they even need this crap app.....advertising more games I suspect.  I don't see where this app is even necessary with all it's problems when they could set it up for us to log into EA website and load from there.   Yea, I'll just dream on.
