Hey guys, i had the same problem today, tried to install Fifa 21 and my download got cut every frew seconds.
The problem seems to be that my isp is using IPv6 adresses, which causes some problems sometimes, had the same issue already with other software.
The soution for me was using a VPN for the download to finish normaly. The game itself works fine without.

It might but, other ppl reported running their VPN caused problems. EA should just admit and fix their crap app.
The funny part is its still showing "no internet" WHILE downloading at 20 MB/s+ lol.
having this too. Same symptomes same issue and still showing no internet Connection while downloading just to drop a minute after.
There is nothing special in a TCP connection, if every thing is fine on every other app it have to be the EA app that is broken because the connection is the same every time >.<
Same here, trying to download BF2042, the only workaround I found was limiting download rate to 1MB/s (anything over that keeps on stopping the download, at least in my case), but that is so damn slow... Blizzard app works fine, downloads 80gb games w/o stopping at full speed, Steam too, so its clearly EA app that's causing issues.
