EA APP Login Issue

Please describe EA App won't login my account, "there's something wring with your account".
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 09.11.2022
Summarize your bug EA App won't log in my account, says something's wrong with my account.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? no idea
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing
What do you expect to see? A solution, i've payed money for my games.

    I was able to finally log on too, but I keep getting error messages trying to open my games - which aren't even showing up in my collection, although if I search for them, they show as mine.

    @AtomicGR right! i never had an issue with origin, but was forced over to the EA app, and you cant even download origin now to use as a backup, like i was doing before, but recently had to do a whole system reinstall on my pc and lost the origin app..

    @GamerWolf91 The irony is that they advertise their new app for more stable no error app than origin. For 3 hours I wasn't able to login.. will they give eny kind of compensation for that? Of course not. The same goes for their unfinished games they public .. take battlefield 2042 for example..

    gettin new id can solve the problem but log out frm the new id it the same problem like before cant sign in at all, just same old problem saying sign in problem or not correct password or expired password even with just created id..

    There were some login issues with the app yesterday which have now been resolved- if you're still unable to login, please create a new thread so we can take a look with you and see what's going on 🙂
