EA APP Never Start Download BF2042

Hello,
My EA APP was never able to download BF2024, and obviously, the scripted clean cache support help from the team to the app doesn't work. I was able to go around this by using the Origin app, but now they blocked it. So how can I access the product that I paid for?

Uninstall EA App and leaving just the origin doesn't work

Uninstall Origin, go to EA App, and redirect the download to another location don't work either.

If I paid, but EA doesn't give me access to it, I can sue them, and I will do it if I don't get a proper solution. 

There is a problem with my EA account from EA Servers, which seems not to authenticate and release the downloads. This needs to be solved ASAP.
