EA App not installing games

Hello!

Whenever I try and intsall a game on the EA App, it does not install and gets stuck at around 70% preparing. A few months ago, I was updating The Sims 4, when my computer froze and the files got corrupted. I deleted that game and tried installing it, but it did not work. I just let it go, but now I tried installing The Sims 4 again, and it is still not working. I tested out to see if any other games were affected by this, and all of my games were. I am installing to an external drive, that I have formatted and repaired. I have tried clearing app cache and re installing. I have also performed a clean boot and turning off anti virus temporarily. I think if I deleted any EA App registry, that may work, but I don't know what to do.
