Hi lovely, thank you for the help but I’ve already tried all this. The EA app still doesn’t work. However, Origin does. 
I just can’t play any games on my origin as it’s coming up with a white loading screen and that is it. I have tried every single step to get them to work etc.

So you have also tried a reset of your PC?

    Yes. I’ve completed that re downloaded everything. Origin works fine. But I can not play any games still. Still shows the white loading screen and then goes back to origin screen

    @ghostwhite1997, in that case I am afraid we are out of options and it is better to wait to see if there will be an update for Origin or the EA app that fixes these issues for you.
