I wanna update this post by saying I've looked up and tried many more fixes including a clean boot with absolutely no progress. I don't get how the only fix is going offline and then back online. And even at that point I run into a new issue that I can't fix. I also logged into a different account and while the library functioned when going to download a game it doesn't even start downloading aka I've found a third issue. Additionally, the taking longer than usual text still pops up too. My only assumption is that there is some kind of corrupted file interacting with the app from when my pc was reset during warranty work. To be specific, I had a fan that was loose, and it was replaced. Part of the process apparently included resetting my pc, which type of reset I do not know. I've gone through my files deleting every trace of EA and the app to no avail. I've repaired, reinstalled, manually updated, ended the background process, restarted, messed with DEP settings, ensured firewall access, disabled firewall, ran as admin, etc etc. NOTHING IS WORKING. Please EA fix your app, been weeks and I can't play my games, this is ridiculous. Additionally I've found that when looking at my profile it shows all my games that I own but when pressing on them it goes to a blank page.

Another user suggests this is a windows 11 issue. I am running on windows 11. However I was before an it worked fine. So perhaps a windows update within the past month or two broke things? but that would affect everyone most likely, yet the issue doesn't seem that big. So idk. I see a lot of people using origin to fix, I don't know if this is still possible or if things have happened to origin since they were posted to make origin inaccessible. I did try one origin fix with no success. Another user said after 30 minutes it loaded on its own. I would prefer I didn't have to wait who knows how long just to play my games. I'm gonna leave it open for a few minutes to hours and see if it works. If not I think I'll try another origin method. Results to follow.

another potential explanation I saw was that it's something to do with the servers being overloaded and taking way to long for some kind of authorization related to libraries. Although I doubt that's it since I can load the library with a disconnect and reconnect. However, even this fix doesn't always work, idk if that's because I need to let it sit disconnected for a few seconds or if it's something else, but when disconnecting and reconnecting as fast as I can it doesn't always work, going offline and back online through the app always seems to work though.
