Just wondering if there is any other thing I can do to solve this. Because at the moment the entire EA play catalogue of games, that should be included in XBOX ultimate game pass, is not working. And the best answers I find on here are "are you using the right account".
Yes I am using the right account, yes I have them linked, no it's still not working for me. When I click the "Install Game" button on the XBOX app it directs to the store page of the game in the EA app where I can buy the game or subscribe to EA play.
