Does anyone have any idea how I can get my purchased content to show up in the EA app? I purchased the two new kits for the Sims 4 directly from EA at 1:30 today. I have the receipts to prove it. But they will not show up as paid in the app. The only way I can download the app is to buy the content again. I have tried to clear the EA cache. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, and it just won't show up. If anyone has a workaround for this, I would love to hear it.

Please check the order history on your account- are both purchases for these kits showing as completed, processing, or failed?

I am having this exact same issue. Purchase is shown as completed on my order history but no reflection of this on the EA app. All I am able to do is attempt to purchase the kit again. On the Sims 4 in-game menu it shows I own the kit but whenever I try to use it in build mode it is shaded out saying I do not own the content. No option anywhere to download the kit that I have a receipt for. So frustrating! Just to clarify this is the "Modern Luxe" kit and this is my first issue trying to download kits.
- 2 years ago@holtai Just wanted to add that I have repaired my game, unistalled EA app and reinstalled, signed out of my accounts numerous times and restarted my PC all to no avail.
