EA App not showing items purchased...

I purchased two Kits for the Sims 4 today about 8 hours ago. I purchased the Poolside Splash kit and the Modern Luxe kit. Receipts for both are in my EA Account. However the app will not reflect that...

Please check the order history on your account- are both purchases for these kits showing as completed, processing, or failed?

@EA_Solaire I'm having the same issue. The link describes it. The App won't verify. I was using Origin for that and now it no longer works.
