I'm having the same issue, I've been having it since switching over from origin, honestly and it's every time my internet goes down I have to relog in and I'm sick of it, especially since my internet goes down a lot. I haven't heard of any update helping either. is there an update I'm missing or? I just really want to not have to keep logging in every few hours because my internet decides to be [removed] and thus I can't play the sims due to this issue as it crashes my games too.
