I'm having the same problem, after the last update a few days ago it stopped counting my hours and my save that loaded wasn't the most recent but I didn't lose much. Really annoying bc I wanna know my game time but it's not counting no matter what I do

@HAYWIRE79 I think the issue with the BF stat tracker website is that when this game launched, statistics were not a thing so nothing was being tracked probably. My time played on that site vs my actual hours are two different numbers

Got the same problem but with Mass Effect LE, app doesn't count played hours, launch date and achievements doesn't work too, so i dont think this problem only with BF tracker

It hasn't been saving for my sims 4 either ... I deleted the app and redownloaded it and still no progress the thing is it says I've played October 11th but that's not true I play almost every day.

I have played The Sims games for years and I have thousands of hours of playtime. Recently the EA Desktop app has reset my playtime and started counting it from a random point in time. I had around 2000h of playtime on The Sims 3 and it now claims I have only 7h. On The Sims 2, I had around 4000h and EA App says 127h. The Sims 4 also reset but now has updated it to the correct playtime of 4050h after I launched the game. Playtime stats show no activity before 17.09.2023.I have reset the EA App, cleared the app cache, cleared the game caches and no luck. I am out of ideas on what to do and I really want it to display my actual hours played.

I'm having the same problem, after the last update a few days ago it stopped counting my hours and my save that loaded wasn't the most recent but I didn't lose much.
Really annoying bc I wanna know my game time but it's not counting no matter what I do

I have the same problem I played 3 more hours and it's still stuck on the hours I played before I switched to EA app from origin

My game info (Last and Time played) stuck in EA desktop app on October 13th, 2022, with 241hrs on record even though I've been playing it every other day since then. However, it does track new achievements.

I had a very similar problem but with The Sims 4. EA App was showing me that I last played on October 15th. But now the problem fixed when I reinstalled the game and turned off all the mods.
