need help pls

“I have an active EA Play Pro membership on this EA Account. FC 27 EA Play Pro Edition is shown as included with my membership, but when I try to download it the EA app says ‘You don't have access — we've cancelled the download because you don't own this game.’ EA Play Pro members are supposed to have access to FC 27 from September 17. Please refresh/check the FC 27 EA Play Pro entitlement on my account.”
