I play The Sims 3 and EA app shows that I played only 183 hours and 45 minutes, but I last played yesterday and my hours were above 1850. I'm freaking out right now what should I do to fix this without losing my progress and savings? Also I used the discs to install the game.
i’m having the same issue!! the yesterday i had over 1500 hours and now i only have 221! i have no idea what caused this. i’ve repaired my game and everything but it’s not changed anything. i haven’t lost any progress or anything like that, just have lost logged game time. this sucks, i just want it fixed
Just wanted to say the same thing. I had The Sims 2 UC ever since 2014 and got around 1100 hours on it, and today I log in only to see that my hours played somehow magically reduced to 245...the same with TS3 and other games, either reduced by a few hours, halved, or all sorts of weird things. I tried deleting the cache, resetting the app, but nothing. What is going on?
- @Stefy4ever Whatever it is, it seems to be a recent issue as the older posts in this thread seem to stem around hours not updating and all posts about hours being reduced seem to have been posted within the past week. I can only hope this means it's a recent update glitch that can be patched, but seeing as no one from EA has replied to this thread yet it might just be a matter of waiting, unfortunately.
