Community ManagerTry the following steps:
- Uninstall the EA app
- Perform a clean boot : http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
- Download a fresh copy of the app: https://www.ea.com/ea-app
- Install and retry from this point.

I cant log into my account, it keeps saying theres a problem with it. I have re installed it many times the last few days but nothing works for me.
