Ea app randomly stopped working

Currently am having an issue where EA wont open and just crashes. I have tried contacting EA support but helped me in basically nothing. I had this app downloaded and randomly stopped working. Any ideas on what this may be? Thank you in advance. (I completely reset my pc wiping everything in hopes of fixing the EA app and it didnt work)
