I posted early that no matter what I did, the EA App just wouldn't work for me any more.

I tried to file this under Bug Reports, but alas, I'm having a similar issue to someone else on this demon site: The very first required field drop-down menu doesn't work (where it says "Product"). So I'll put all that stuff here:

Heck if I know. Not even sure why it's happening to me.

The EA App should be working as intended.
Since I can't get it to work, I will need a refund, but clearly I can't go through the proper channels for it because the whole of EA services are broken, apparently.
Game version is 1.109.185.1030 (because I know someone will scream piracy)
