EA app resets playback time in Battlefield 4

Summarize your bug For no apparent reason, the EA app simply reset the game time in Battlefield 4. It was about 60 o'clock, it became 5 o'clock. Upon logging into the EA app on 12/26/2023 and selecting Battlefield 4, I found that my game time had been reset to 5 hours and 48 minutes from around 60 hours. That being said, I haven't played or logged into the EA app for about 2-3 days, so my game time could have reset much sooner.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Honestly I do not know. I understand this doesn't happen to everyone. For example, my friend had nothing missing and all his gaming time remained in place. But I found at least three people on the forum who encountered the same problem in other games. But these were quite old games and Battlefield was not among them.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing, everything works as before
What do you expect to see? I expect to see a speedy resolution to this problem and, if possible, a return to previous statistics.
