EA App Says I Played Today (did not), Constant Repair Loop

Hi, 

Two days ago I downloaded EA app, downloaded Sims 4 and managed to open it and play it. Then yesterday I launch the EA app and it says that I played Sims last: TODAY (I did not but thought maybe it is counting 24h since last game or something and just clicked 'Play'. Well the game would not load saying error (picture attached). I tried 'Repairing and then opening - still the same error. I tried sign out and in, uninstall Sims 4, install. Uninstall EA and install - Nothing. 

Today I tried again and it is saying again that I played last: TODAY and again the same issue. Tried all of above, even swapped PCs and even made a new EA account! Nothing ... the game keeps saying I played it today, to download it and immediately after to repair it and then the error code. 

I am losing my mind, can you help?
