EA App Says I Played Today (did not), Constant Repair Loop

Hi,  Two days ago I downloaded EA app, downloaded Sims 4 and managed to open it and play it. Then yesterday I launch the EA app and it says that I played Sims last: TODAY (I did not but thought mayb...

Oh I think I have similar issue! It will just not load no matter how many times I install and reinstall everything... Hope it will get fixed soon! 
I have never played on Stam, but might try download it and try it that way as the commenter above said, fingers crossed!
