Hello,
Were you accessing the extra Digital Deluxe Content through a previous EA Play membership, or had you fully purchased that upgrade? Please look over the order history for your EA account to verify how you were accessing this content.

While I have used EA play for an extremely short period. I own the original Sims 4 and bought it in 2019. When I switched from a computer with a cd to one without the base game had become free.
