2 years ago@driss546 I took a look at my own on this one to verify the issue. Basically what is happening is that the install for Steam overtakes the install from Epic. What you would need to do is try to get rid of all the files for the installation from Steam before you install it in Epic.
Uninstall any version from within Steam
Clear the EA App cache through the EA Launcher
Navigate to C(your drive):\ProgramData\EA Desktop\InstallData - delete FIFA Folder
You can do the same within the Steam install location as well
Delete Windows Temp Files
- First, make sure you close as many programs as you can
- Press the Windows key + R, go into the file explorer
- Type in %temp%, and hit Enter
- Delete everything it allows you to delete
- Reboot the PC
Once you get rid of all of the folders and files, install it through Epic again.

@EA_Shepard When you say "Epic" do you mean "Xbox"? Because he's asking about installing the game using his EA Play subscription that is included with some versions of Xbox Game Pass. Thank you.

Hi @AustinViolence, No I do not because Game Pass on PC uses the Xbox app, not the Xbox console. Not all players play directly through the Xbox App itself.
