EA App UK login servers have been down for nearly a week...

They're still down...

They're up now but omg the response time is awful. 3 minutes at least

Annnnd they're down again

I'm glad it's not just me, I've had a message pop up this week "Things are taking a little longer than  usual to load up, Hang tight while we try to solve the problem" 

I've reported this to EA all week

Summarize your bug UK login servers for EA App seem to have been down for nearly a week? a message pops up saying "things are taking longer to load up, Hang tight while we try to solve the problem EA App constantly tells you "temporarily lost connection" every time you try to play offline
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? login to UK servers and go into your game library, wait a couple of seconds and the message will appear at top in a yellow banger
What happens when the bug occurs? you can't play any games you purchased, even offline. you can browse EA app to look at games
What do you expect to see? my games available to play online and offline

how can this problem been left like this for a week and not be solved already, I would EXPECT a big company to have people ready to solve this problem, here is an idea, maybe employe a few people from different parts of the world, having different servers ( UK, USA servers) so they can see what other players are seeing
