EA App will not launch

I have a MacBook Air and I just downloaded the sims two days ago and it’s already not even opening or launching on my computer. I can’t get the ea app to open or launch or the sims app. It worked for two days but I went to open it this morning and it wouldn’t even launch.

The game will not launch without EA App being open and logged in. Moving your post to the EA App forum for further troubleshooting. Once you have EA App running hopefully TS4 will launch.
