EA app will not open for 5 months

I have been having a issue with loading the app it will take me 3 hours just to get in and it keeps telling me the net work is not connecting. Spent this afternoon in chat with EA and they told me to leave a post. i am at my wits end and even they couldn't help

Hi there,

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues loading the EA app. Could you please send us a screenshot of what you see when trying to load the app?
Also, if you could list the steps you've tried so far so we can provide you with some further steps without asking you to try the same steps again?
