@barnacleboi32I'm so sorry that this is taking so long AND this much effort!
This is the main problem I'm focusing on right now. I often flick between people's problems, posting the basic fixers to see if people reply with more detail so I can help them more. Once I find someone who replies with more detail, I focus on that case for as long as I can. Yours is that case currently.
I have literally been everywhere possible on the internet searching for answers but I still feel as though there's more possible causes and fixes for me to find. Here a couple more to try :
1. Oudated Game/App Version - Update
2. User Account Control settings - Lower them
3. exe. files are fake / broken - Firstly, go to the C: Drive and open the Program file. Now open the EA games Here you will find the games you want to launch. Select the game folder and delete the game exe file by simply right-clicking on it. (But before this take a backup of the file in some other folder). Once the exe file is deleted, Go on C: Drive > Program file> Electronic Art > EA Desktop Now right-click on the App and press Run as Administrator So, Open EA App. Click on My Collection and Install the game again. It will take some time to download. Pause the download. We have not deleted all the files except the exe file. So, Copy the whole old files into the new folder. Resume the downloading again. Now relaunch the game
Possible Fixes :
1. Launch the game through Origin
Hope this helps xx
I don't work for EA but I like to help fellow gamers 🙂
