Sorry, only just seen this. I am still searching for more answers, no more to share at present though. Here are my responses to each of your queries:
1. I meant the EA app version you have installed may be outdated.
2. Yes I do, okay.
3. Okay, no worries, sorry about that.
Okay, good idea. Please let me know how that went/how that goes asap! I'll let you know if I find anymore possible causes and/or fixes 🙂

@1105Cats Thanks, I don't think it's outdated, I'm getting it from the EA site. Just tried the removing admin and that didn't work either. Thanks again!
