EA app won’t download

Please describe The EA app will not download on my computer.
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) Every time.
Summarize your bug They EA app will not download at all.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am not sure.
What happens when the bug occurs? I get an error message that says “something went wrong… The EA app encountered an error and couldn’t finish installing.”
What do you expect to see? I expected to see the app download and then I restart my computer and then sign in but it did not download at all.

The EA app will not download I have tried everything. Troubleshooting, turning off virus protection, restarting, and updating my computer. Nothing works.

No, my app was installed correctly, opens without error, but if you try to download or launch any game from another source (like SW: Jedi Survivor through Steam) it will do nothing. Download will hang in "prepare" state and any game just won't launch.

This worked for me from @breezyx888 "Settings>time and language> language and region> administrative language settings > change system locale> check the box that says beta. It will tell you to restart. Do that and then run the install as admin again and it worked for me when NOTHING else did." It took a couple tries to load, and acted like it didn't want to let me log in, but it finally did. Then it acted like it wasn't connected to the server, but then it finally worked.

hey i tried this but i dont see “microsoft visual” in my installed apps for the 3rd step.. what else can i do?
