EA App Won't Launch As Admin on Standard User Session

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try running the EA app on standard user session on win10 fully updated.
What happens when the bug occurs? The app will launch and run normally, but without admin rights.
What do you expect to see? Under Task Manager, EA app should show the admin name under the "Details" tab. Also, trying to launch C&C Generals after forcing EA app to run as admin shouldn't prompt: "This game requires permissions. This game requires administrative privileges..."

I’m using win10 and the OS is fully updated (22H2 OS Build 19045.3086). Using EA app version 12.221.0-5478-ed804590c (69293-5da3a40e55).
EA app is working fine as admin, but it cannot be run with admin rights on standard user session. Thus Command and Conquer Generals (C&C Generals) cannot run on standard user session.
On standard user session, I tried closing EABackgroundService.exe , EADesktop.exe and EALocalHostSvc.exe, then right click EALauncher.exe and chose to “Run as administrator”, but under Task Manager, on “Details” tab, the EA app still appears to run with standard user rights.

- Am I missing a component to force shutdown before launching EA app as admin?
- Is this normal behavior from the EA app?
- How can EA app be run with admin rights on standard user session?
- Can C&C Generals receive an update to allow it to run without admin rights?
