Ea app won't launch or update sims Mac

So ive been trying to open my ea app but it wont open it bounces 3 times and does nothing. I use Mac. Ive restarted the game, deleted and reinstalled, I updated my computer and restarted It, I tried to clear my cache but nothing happens. I was able to open it once when I reinstalled it but I couldn't update it. I closed the app to open it again but it won't open. I use mods and I moved them all out and it still doesn't work. I won't even get an error nothing happens. Ive tried doing the terminal snip thing and that doesn't work it says the command is not found.Please help.
