EA app won't open

I am about to lose my mind with the EA app. I have macOS Sonoma, I've been trying to open my EA app but it won't open. It bounces 3 times and does nothing. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, I updated my computer and restarted it, Ive tried doing the terminal snip thing and that doesn't work, it says the command is not found. I did the live chat with EA and it was useless. The agent said they don't have a fix and told me to post in the EA forum to see if anyone else knew how to fix it. Anyone else have this issue or know of a fix? I have been trying to fix this for hours and am losing my mind.
