I saw that the Origin servers went down and I had to install the EA DESKTOP APP, when I installed the application I got this message on the screen: We couldn't find your account info. (Restart the app, sign in online, and select the "Keep me signed in" option so you can continue playing games offline)
I went to your page https://www.ea.com/ea-app, and there I was logged into the account. When I returned to the application, there was the same message. I also changed the password from the account, but the application did not work. I don't know what is the problem, if anyone has any help.
