Hello, I can't open the games I downloaded from the EA Play app. After downloading the game, when I launch it, the game window opens but it just hangs on a black screen. No matter how long I wait, the black screen doesn't go away and the game won't open. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Try deleting
and reinstalling the games, but nothing seems to help.
